User reviews on AMC Quail Springs Mall 24

AMC QuailSprings always has the latest films, lots of variety and one or two independent or foreign films that are always very interesting. It is clean way and safe to go to. On the downside (1) the seats are so-so, (2) the sound too loud in their I Max and (3) snacks are standard industrial candy. It's not the best theater for picture, sound, seating or food (Moore Warren, Tinseltown, Harkins) but it shows the most variety of new movies and I appreciate that!

more expensive than tinseltown, not as nice as moore warren and less collateral entertainment options than bricktown harkins. parking in mall lot and having to walk thru the mall to get to theatre is a pain, on the positive side, if you live far northwest and/or want to combine a mall shopping trip with a movie it is worth the $ and the trouble. otherwise, there are better and less expensive alternatives.

I liked it. A wide variety of movies to chose from with a wide variety of times for the popular releases. I come from out of town and the location is easy to get to (off the turnpike). Since the theater is located in a mall, there is ample parking. I have been attending the Bricktown theater with only 16 screens, so the times are more limited and there is a further walk after parking and less to do while waiting for a movie. The Bricktown theater did not have the IMAX option, I have not seen a film in IMAX, so I do not know the difference, but that is just a difference I noticed. Now that I have found the AMC 24 I will probably frequent it compared to the Bricktown theater.

Yes, the other theaters mentioned above a great, if you don't mind spending the extra money, or happen to be on that side of town. But if you are on the north side - this theater is exceptional! I have been going since they opened, and I LOVE Quail Springs Theater - mwah!!

AMC Quail Springs is the place to go for independent films. In this way, it is an exceptional theater.

uh jay...for the near 100,000 people living in Edmond the theater is perfectly placed in north okc/south edmond. if you live in south okc you should probably pick a different theater. people living on the north side need a theater too. great location.

Don't bother with this theater! The Warren in Morre has better screens, especially the large auditorium screens.
The IMAX here isn't even a real IMAX, they use the exact same projector as the rest of the Quail screens. If you want IMAX, go to Tulsa, it's 100 times better.

Okay, so they might rank below Harkins and Warren, that isn't so bad. They still rank higher than the rest of them and if you live north, it's more convenient than driving 15-40 miles to see a movie. Exercise walking through the mall is good before and after a movie and they have the best popcorn, above Harkins and Warren in my book. Plus, they have an AMC reward card for free movies and popcorn, the others don't. I must add having the food court nearby is nice too. I'd like to know why Jay thinks it is poorly managed. I go there over 30 times a year and might have experienced one or two down moments, every place has it's ups and downs.
